I’m sitting in my office thinking about what I can post today. I know it feels like our life is back to ‘normal’, but actually it’s not.We are still in Alert level One – Prepare! We are still isolated from the rest of the world, which in a lot of areas, is in a very sad state. At the beginning of this Covid pandemic, we were only in Alert level One – Prepare – for a couple of days, so I don’t feel we took much notice of what we were supposed to do. In my opinion, we MUST continue with these Alert level One protocols – Wash & dry hands or sanitise/cough into your elbow/don’t touch your face/stay home if you are sick/report flu-like symptoms/no gatherings over 500?/physical distancing if we can/have a test/self-isolate or quarantine/contact trace your movements/border measures in place. We have been so proud of our team of 5 million! Let’s not give up and become complacent. We still need to be prepared.
